PositionAssistant Manager, CAMO

REF: MTA/JOB/2023/06

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Engineering, preferably Aeronautical Engineering
• At least 10 years' total experience in CAMO
• At least 5 years' experience on management of large aircraft, including but not limited to their induction, base maintenance checks, lease return, etc
• At least 3 years' experience on management of DHC-6 Twin Otter aircraft
• Sound understanding of applicable Maldives Civil Aviation Regulations or EASA Regulations
• Experience liaising with aircraft lessors, OEMs, foreign maintenance organizations, shops, etc
• Experience with reliability and engine health monitoring

Skills & Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Quality and Safety Management Systems
• Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
• Effective and efficient decision making, particularly when under pressure
• Good communication and team working skills
• Ability to remain calm in challenging/uncomfortable situations
• Strong skills with engineering software
• Strong computer literacy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications and CorelDRAW

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support maintenance planning activities, including work package generation, in accordance with CAME, AMP and company procedures, in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance of continuing airworthiness records to company procedures and regulatory requirements
• Revise AMP and upkeep maintenance tracking software
• Evaluate Technical Publications covering ADs, SBs, etc
• Manage aircraft W&B records
• Process ARC renewal applications
• Generate required reports daily, weekly and monthly as applicable
