PositionJunior Technical Services Engineer, CAMO

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and other regulatory or OEM documents to ensure compliance with maintenance and airworthiness requirements.
• Update and maintain the Technical Library, issue Technical Notices and update the Approved Data Register.
• Develop, manage, and implement Aircraft Maintenance Programs (AMPs) following revision to MPD or reliability findings, as required.
• Update software and records to reflect AMP changes.
• Manage aircraft Weight & Balance and assess the effect on weight and centre of gravity, calculate new basic weight and amend the W&B Record.
• Update ECTM data, carry out EHM functions, and take remedial actions as required.
• Monitor repetitive defects and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare reliability reports for the Manta Air fleet.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in the field of Engineering, preferably Aeronautical Engineering
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be a Maldivian National.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and make decisions in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  
• Good level of English (spoken and written) in combination with strong communication skills.
• Computer literate with strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
