PositionProduction Planning Engineer

Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a production planner
- Proven experience on DHC6 Twin otter as a planner or maintenance staff
- Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
- Working knowledge of MS Office 365 suite
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- High school diploma, further education or certification is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prioritize maintenance operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
- Determine manpower, equipment, and materials needed to cover production demand
- Assign workers and other staff to particular production operations
- Schedule shifts according to production needs
- Monitor jobs to ensure on-time performance
- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
- Ensure correct completion of paperwork from production
- Prepare and submit status and performance reports
- Keep paperwork organized
- Coordinate with Quality, Safety, and CAMO as required
