PositionTechnician

Requirements:

• The applicant will require to have multiple skills, good attitude, teamwork, good communication skills with safety consciousness.
• Must have attended Part 147 Aircraft Maintenance training organization or Degree in related field as qualification.
• Knowledge of Maldives Civil Aviation Regulations (MCAR-M, MCAR Air Ops, MCAR-145, MCAR-66 and MCAR-21).
• Minimum 1 year working experience on Twin Otter or ATR will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge on reading and interpreting OEM manuals such as AMM, EMM, IPC, CMM, SB’s, wiring diagram for the repair/replacement/inspection of any task until completion with the right equipment, condition, tools, parts and safety awareness.
• Troubleshooting knowledge on both airframe and engines.
• Removal and installation of propellers, engines, wings, empennage and flight control with functional task such rigging and leak check.
• Usage of hand tools, power tools, calibration tool, measuring tool etc.
• Usage of chemical, sealant, hydraulic fluid and fuel with knowledge of their danger and safety precaution.

Required Documents:

• Aircraft maintenance courses and training certificates.
• Validated document showing recent experience on DHC6.
• Initial and valid recurrent training certificates on Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety, SMS and EWIS training.
