PositionCAMO Officer – Technical Records and Planning

REF: MTA/JOB/2026/16

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferable in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in CAMO
• Must have experience working in DHC-6 Twin Otter or ATR 72-212A.
• Ability to use initiatives and sound judgement in relation to carrying out maintenance planning and upkeep of maintenance records.
• Understanding of Part M, Part CAMO and Part 145 regulations.
• Knowledge of FAA, EASA, MCAA regulations.
• Proven organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities at one time and make decisions in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Good level of English (spoken and written) in combination with strong communication skills.
• Computer literate with strong working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review of aircraft continuing airworthiness records (Aircraft Technical Log, Task Cards, Work Packages, etc) and ensure the records are followed company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Review of Maintenance Forecast and issue Work Orders/Task Cards accordingly and ensure proper compliance.
• Update maintenance tracking software with aircraft continuing records.
• Ensure remedial actions for repetitive defects/EHM callouts are executed in a timely manner.
• Liaise with MCC/Production Planning to ensure scheduled maintenance is completed before they are due, including, but not limited to, repairs, deferred defects, etc.
• Liaising with OEM/MRO for major maintenance and shop visit.
• Preparing engine & propeller logbooks for shop visits and updating the engine logbooks and other documents after shop visits.
