PositionDeputy Manager, Compliance Monitoring

REF: MTA/JOB/2026/18

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering or Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
• Formal qualification/s in Quality Management Systems and internal and external auditing
• Regulatory auditing techniques training
• Knowledge of MCARs, EASA Regulations and ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices
• At least 5 years’ experience in quality and compliance, with internal and external auditing
• Skills in process mapping, document control, and drafting operational procedures and work instructions

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing regulatory compliance and associated approvals, and maintain effective relationships with all regulatory, legislative and certification bodies.
• Monitor compliance with all applicable standards as required by the Management.
• Assist in preparing the audit plan and in establishing and running the Compliance Monitoring Programme across all areas of Manta Air’s activities.
• Review corrective actions necessary to eliminate non-compliances, ensure they are initiated, completed and effective, and retain records of all audits and non-conformances.
• Maintain document control procedures, tools and training to ensure all Manta Air manuals and documentation remain consistent and MCAR-compliant.
• Analyse compliance data to determine root causes of non-conformances, ensure corrective actions prevent recurrence, periodically evaluate the effectiveness of the monitoring programme.
