MANTA WINGS - MANTA AIR APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
An apprenticeship program, with a mission to train and develop local talent to provide them with a pathway for their dream career. Under the program the “Wings” (apprentices) will spend 12 months in dedicated areas.
2025/26 batch will commence in November 2025
Who should apply:
- Maldivian nationals between the age of 18 and 25
- Completed GCE O’ Level Examination
- Have a pleasant personality and eager to learn
Apprenticeship opportunities in the areas of:
- Ground Operations
- Engineering
- Flight Operations
- Scheduling & Reservations
- Human Resources & Admin
Program will include:
- On-the-job learning
- Dedicated Mentors to help you grow
- In-Classroom personal development programs
