PositionSenior Technician

REF: MTA/JOB/2025/41

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in an Aircraft Maintenance Organization.
• Knowledge of relevant Maldives Civil Aviation Regulations
• Experience in ATR maintenance is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform line and base maintenance on ATR aircraft in accordance with technical manuals.
• Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and component replacements.
• Read and interpret OEM manuals (AMM, IPC, CMM, wiring diagrams).
• Use proper tools, equipment, and safety procedures when handling components, chemicals, and fluids.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and report to supervisors/certifying engineers.
• Maintain safe, clean work practices and a positive company image.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Familiarity with Quality and Safety Management Systems.
• Knowledge on ATR Systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with attention to detail

Required Documents:

• Aircraft courses and training certificate & validated records of recent maintenance experience.
• Initial and valid recurrent training certificates on Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety, SMS and EWIS training
