Fares are a little on the higher side given the fact its just an ATR” - how is this direct flight worth the price and how is the aircraft and quality different?
- The ATR 72-600 is a 72 seater aircraft with a seating pitch of 29”. For the comfort of guests the aircraft have been re-configured with 64 seats. This allows better legroom for all guests with a 32” seating pitch on Comfort Class and a 36” seating pitch on Sapphire Class.
- Normally when travelling to the resorts in Dhaalu region, in addition to the international flight a domestic or seaplane flight needs to be taken to reach the resots. This direct flight eliminates this domestic/Seaplane flight and transfers guest to the doorstep of resots in Dhaalu Atoll. This also eliminates the lengthy ques in the busy international hub of Velana International Airport.
- This is not just a flight to Maldives, but a direct flight to Dhaalu Airport from Kempegowda International Airport, Bangalore.
How is the check-in, immigration & customs process?
- Convenient and exclusive check-in, Immigration & Customs process are arranged for the passengers travelling on this flight as this is the only international flight operational to Dhaalu Airport.
- Compared to the busy hub of VIA, guests can avoid long queues.

How is the transportation/transfer from Dhaalu Airport to Resort?
- Transfer by speed boat will be arranged by the resort from Dhaalu Airport to the resort for the guests.
